Pet Microchipping

Pet Microchipping

It’s a sad, but true, statistic: 90% of pets without ID are never reunited with their families. While collars with ID tags are a great start in protecting your pet, they can be easily lost, removed, or become worn and unreadable over time. Fortunately, there’s a much more effective method for increasing the chances that your family’s best friend returns to you in pet microchipping. A microchip is inexpensive to you, virtually painless to your pet, easy to insert–and permanent!

Pet Microchipping

Why Microchip?

  • It’s painless.
  • It’s inexpensive.
  • It’s easy.
  • It’s permanent.
  • It dramatically increases the chances of a happy pet and family reunion.

We are proud to offer microchipping for your pet’s safety and for your peace of mind.

Now that the weather is warming up, your pet’s going to be spending a lot more time outside. Before they have a chance to run off and get lost, we strongly recommend that you bring them in to get microchipped, and register the chip immediately following this quick procedure.

*Saint Paul City Ordinance 200.2 requires dogs living in the City of St. Paul to be licensed. As a courtesy, your dog license can be purchased in-clinic! *first-time dog licenses only*
